Scientific and Production Association "Ural-Center" was founded   in 1991 on the basis of three companies:

• NPO Center, OJSC, Minsk, Republic of Belarus

• ZAO Ural-Omega Magnitogorsk, Russia. 

ZAO Ural-Omega was founded in 1991. It is a general contractor of the association Ural-Center. Main business activities are process developmentmanufacture, supply, installation, service of crushing, screening, grinding and classifying equipment

• ZAO "Science and Production Project Center "Uralmekhanobr-Engineering», Ekaterinburg, Russia.

Uralmekhanobr-Engineering is a department of  the Ural Scientific Research and Design Institute for Minerals Dressing and Machining "Uralmekhanobr", founded in 1929 for the design of mining enterprises for extraction and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, raw materials for the production of building materials, etc. Along with the development of technology and the design of new industries, Uralmekhanobr-Engineering performs design work on reconstruction, expansion and technological upgrading of existing production facilities for enrichment and machining of minerals.
