«NPO Center» constantly improves and expands the range of products. One of the new developments of our enterprise is an unbalanced-throw screen. Screens are designed to classify mechanically into fractions the crushed stone, sandy gravel mass and other bulk materials.

The screens have different deck fastenings: wedged fastening, the fastening with cross tensioning for metal and rubber screens and longitudinal tensioning for harp screens. Special vibration-resistant bearings are mounted on the screens and they have double centering of separators.

Unbalanced-throw screens GI can be used both independently and as a part of technological lines (clickable reference to the technological lines) of crushing and classification which are developed by  «NPO Center» specialists.

Unbalanced-throw screens GI are applied in the technological lines of crushing and screening productions.

They are used for check screening, intermediate and commodity screening into fractions of bulk materials:

• crushed stone,

sand,

mineral raw materials,

gravel, etc.

Models of the screens «NPO Center» manufactures.

* - depends on configuration of the screens

Distinctive properties of the screens:

·        high separation efficiency;

·        low foundation level load;

·        low noise level;

·        the number of the decks can vary from 2 to 4 depending on the model and the customer’s request.

The screens have different deck fastenings: wedged fastening, the fastening with cross tensioning for metal and rubber screens and longitudinal tensioning for harp screens.

Special vibration-resistant bearings with double centering of separators are mounted on the screens

The effective application range of the screens GI may run from 3 up to 150 мм. When sorting the smaller classes (e.g.: the processing of screenings of crushing 0-3(5) mm) it is required to apply the classifying      complex KG.

The screen represents a fabricated structure consisting of two side pieces 1 which are connected with the help of bolts by the frames’ decks 2, bar 3, charging hopper 4, vibrator 5 which is connected by a petal coupling 6 with the electric motor 7. The screen is installed on the basement with the help of suspensions 8.

On each deck of the frames sieving surfaces are placed made up of metal sieves 9 which are clamped by wooden beams 10 and wedges 11 at the side pieces 1.

The suspensions are the supports of the screen and they take its mass and dynamic loads in operation. Due to the fastening through rubber bushings the fastness increases whereas the amplitude of oscillation decreases at start and stop.

The vibrator shaft of the screen rotates in rolling radial self-alignment bearings which are installed in the housing and clamped by covers and labyrinth bushes.

Source material to be sorted by size into fractions is supplied by the feed conveyor into the screen feed hopper 4, then it gets onto the upper sieve of the vibrating screen and being tossed by the exciting force of the eccentric mass starts moving along the sloping surface of the upper sieve. Simultaneously the material is being sifted through meshes onto other sieves where it executes the same movements.
