Blade type automatic centrifuges with inertial discharge of sediment are designed to dewater coarse-dispersed materials in

* potash, 

* coal, 

*chemical, 

*building and other branches of industry.

At separation factor 300 – 1100 g, the centrifuges permit the suspensions to be treated with    S : L phase correlation = 1 : 1 – 1 : 5, solid phase particle size from 100 µm. The centrifuges provide the sediment capacity as much as 50 t/h.

For suspensions with S : L phase correlation exceeding 1 : 5, the suggested scheme of separation permits the centrifuges to be used as continuous thickeners.

The centrifuges are distinguished by stable operation at the least favourable material distribution in the rotor, high maintainability and low capital and operational costs.

In blade type automatic centrifuges with inertial discharge of sediment the original supporting-rotary system is used which provides low vibration level. This makes it possible to make installation without a special basement at any elevation of production facilities when technological lines are being arranged.
