At present there is an extensive number of tasks to separate materials into several fractions of different sizes. To complete the tasks SPA “Center” specialists have developed classifying complexes of different kinds.
These complexes are based on gravitational classifiers. They comprise fans, cyclones, filters automation and control systems.
We can produce classifying complexes on Customer’s demand with extra equipment (which has been already operating at the Customer’s factory or any specialized equipment which is not produced by SPA “Center”).
All the basic parts of the complex are designed and produced by SPA “Center”. The equipment is characterized by high reliability, longevity, maintenance ability. The design provides a possibility to adjust the fractional composition during operation without blocking the manufacturing process.
